We take a diagnostic approach to interpreting client briefs and candidate requirements and the suitability of candidates against the briefs.
After a detailed brief is received from a client we undertake qualitative research about the company or organisation. We then apply the knowledge gained with the strategic goals of the selection criteria to more precisely tailor the executive search process.
Each assignment for a particular client, while executed under the same strategic guidelines, is treated individually and adapted to each position's specific requirements.
Our involvement in the selection process doesn't end with the appointment of a successful candidate. At regular intervals we monitor the ongoing relationship, post appointment, to ensure that all expectations have been exceeded. |
