Frank Fucile Principal
Frank completed a Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Commerce at Monash University after which he commenced his career as a corporate tax advisor at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). He worked in the Tax & Legal Services team for six years, and was promoted to Tax Manager in the corporate tax team in 2002.
Frank has had extensive chartered accounting experience and hence has a solid understanding of the required skills for varied accounting roles. As key client account manager for many of PwC’s multinational accounts, Frank managed delivery of services from multiple service lines and liaised with senior finance professionals and executive management in his dealings with clients. As a result, Frank has developed a consultative style with a focus on delivering on client expectations. In 2000, Frank gained his first recruitment experience when he took a primary role in a key PwC recruitment campaign.
He joined Hamilton James & Bruce in 2003, where he focused on senior level accounting recruitment in both the accounting profession and in industry. As Victorian leader of the accounting profession practice, Frank managed key accounts and assumed the role of primary relationship manager for national accounts. In addition he was also involved in leading search assignments for private and ASX listed clients.
More recently Frank joined Alex Kaar as a Principal and is the National Head of Accounting and Finance, leading national and state based search assignments in industries including financial services, property and infrastructure, professional services, utilities and resources. His successes include consulting to some of Australia’s leading ASX listed businesses and facilitating key search assignments for executive finance professionals for these clients. Frank is also a senior member of the Alex Kaar regional leadership team. |
