Head of Quality & Capability
This market leading international property development group has set the benchmark for best practice in both design and construction. The group has embarked on a new phase of growth and is seeking to appoint a high caliber Quality and Capability executive with significant property development experience to join the management team. In this outstanding role, you will take the lead in facilitating a broad range of improvements including project duration, construction quality and costs.
Reporting to the Head of Development, and working closely with the senior management and development team, your primary responsibility will be to facilitate development improvements and overall construction practices. Your key mandate is to deliver sustainable reductions in both construction costs and project(s) duration whilst improving the build quality. You will achieve your mandate by implementing national capability and improvement programs that will be developed in alignment with key internal stakeholders. In addition, you will provide direct input into the corporate planning process.
This appointment is likely to appeal to an experienced property development professional with a successful track record in facilitating improvement programs/initiatives across both development and construction projects . You will be familiar with the nuances of construction/development costs as well as the capacity to engage with senior internal stakeholders. Exceptional management and communication skills with the desire to succeed in a results driven environment will lead to your success. Tertiary qualifications in property are expected. Melbourne or Sydney based.
