This is a challenging and exciting new role for a senior program delivery manager to join this dynamic organisation as they embark on a major business and technology transformation program of work.

 

Reporting to the Executive Manager, Transformation you will lead the delivery of significant business projects including transformation across business processes, CRM and call centre optimization. You will work closely with the executive leadership, change managers and technology transformation team to ensure the successful delivery of the program.

With significant experience in project and program delivery, you will have experience delivering large scale business transformation programs (BPR, CRM, BPO) and managing major change projects. Experience in high volume, transactional environments or financial services will be highly regarded. Strong stakeholder management experience and strong communication skills are essential.
