Katharine Coombes
Principal  Katharine Coombes is a Principal at Alex Kaar, responsible for the delivery of recruitment solutions in the area of Marketing, Communications and Sales. Katharine holds tertiary qualifications in the Arts and has over seven years' recruitment experience in both local and international markets.
Prior to joining Alex Kaar Katharine held the position of Senior Consultant at Hudson Global Resources for five years, specializing in the placement of Marketing and Communications professionals into financial and professional services. Katharine worked on appointments at a management, senior leadership and board level including management of project based assignments nationally. Katharine was also instrumental in the startup and establishment of the successful Sales and Marketing Media business.
Katharine has held previous consulting roles with Greythorn International, a leading IT recruitment firm and PheeFarrerJones, a popular London media recruitment agency. Prior to her career in recruitment Katharine spent three years in the consumer industry in Sales and Account Management positions.
Katharine has won several awards for her recruitment achievements and has been interviewed on recruitment trends by B&T and Adnews, Australian Marketing magazines. |
