Geoffrey Still, our affiliated principal, heads Alex Kaar’s leadership development, executive coaching and team development consulting business.

Geoffrey provides expert advice and consults on the development of leadership and team capability through customised programs and one-on-one coaching. Geoffrey consults to clients on a national basis and across all industry sectors, drawing upon his wealth of corporate experience in commercial HR directorates, leading both HR and learning and development functions of global organisations in Australia. Geoffrey is an engaging and highly successful facilitator who clearly demonstrates his passion for leadership and team development in programs that he designs and facilitates. Geoffrey has over 16 years’ experience in senior generalist and specialist HR management positions in high profile organisations.  Most recently, and prior to moving into the consulting arena, Geoffrey was human resources manager - commercial with GlaxoSmithKline in Melbourne; a position which he held for almost four years. Prior to this appointment Geoffrey held national HR management and learning and development positions with national and international organisations.

Geoffrey holds a bachelor of business (communication) and post graduate qualifications in employee relations in addition to other accreditations including Myers Briggs Type Indicator, executive coaching and genos emotional intelligence training.
